1. Enrollment & Payment

Class spots are limited and confirmed upon full payment.
Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred or credited toward a future class if notice is given at least 24 hours before class time.
For multi-week courses (e.g., the Burlesque Intensive), payment plans may be available upon request.

2. Attendance & Cancellations

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and prepare. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may not be permitted for safety reasons.
If a class is canceled by the instructor or studio, students will receive a credit or reschedule option.
Missed classes in a series are not refundable but may be made up when space allows.

3. Conduct & Respect

Burlesque 101 is a judgment-free zone. We expect all participants to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and kindness.
Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
Recording during class is not permitted unless authorized by the instructor.

4. Health & Safety

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Please notify your instructor of any injuries or physical limitations before class begins.
Students must follow all safety instructions and respect the physical boundaries of others.
Comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear (barefoot or dance shoes) are recommended.

5. Use of Images & Media

Occasionally, photos or videos may be taken during class or performances for promotional purposes.
By participating, you grant Burlesque 101 permission to use images or footage of you for marketing or social media, unless you opt out in writing prior to class.

6. Liability Disclaimer

By enrolling in any Burlesque 101 class, workshop, or event, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your participation.
Burlesque 101, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during attendance or participation.

7. Updates

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time. Updates will be posted on this website, and continued participation implies acceptance of any changes.
